Generally, Library forms that are not submitted online may be faxed to (210) 567-1044, mailed to the Briscoe Library, e-mailed to AskALibrarian@uthscsa.edu, or returned by hand to the Circulation Desks at any of our branches. Please call the Information Desk at (210) 567-2450 with questions.
