Instructions: All instructors putting items in the Library's Reserve Collection, whether electronic or print, need to have an ERes account. Please complete the following to create your ERes account. After your account is created, you will be contacted by Library Staff with your ERes login information.

NOTE: In order to help maintain library efficiency --

ALL print reserve materials must be picked up no later than one week after the semester terminates or the materials will be returned automatically to the requester by campus mail unless other arrangements have been made.

ALL electronic materials will be auto archived on May 31st of each year unless other arrangements have been made. Materials that remain archived on the server for more than two years will be purged automatically.

Copyright Agreement

I recognize that items placed on reserve may be protected by copyright law and may require permission from the copyright owner. I affirm that any material that I have placed on reserve meets Fair Use Guidelines as described in the UTHSCSA Handbook of Operating Procedures, Chapter 2.3.2 or that permission has been obtained for reproduction.
