- BIEN! is a health education network funded through a grant from the National Library of Medicine to provide the best in health information free of charge for the people of the border region, both healthcare consumers and healthcare providers. The seventeen members of the BIEN! Network include hospitals, health organizations, and public and academic libraries. BIEN! Is a gateway web site that provides links to health sites on the Internet that have been evaluated by medical and library professionals from our member organizations.
