Who can use the wireless network in the Library?

Only UT HSC faculty, staff, and students have access to the wireless network. Both PC and Mac laptops can access the wireless, as can wireless-enabled PDAs or phones.

How do I access the wireless network?

The San Antonio main campus wireless network is called HSCair and is easy for your computer to find. To connect, open a web browser. The first screen that appears takes you through steps to login with your UT HSC username and password. (You may need to say Yes to a security certificate question.) Once the login is completed you will have access to the internet.

All other campuses currently require a different authentication with Telecommunications & Networking (T&N).
