What is my e-mail address?

The email address is provided by the Computing Resources department. It will be in the form of: username@uthscsa.edu. The username will usually be your last name followed by one or more initials and/or numbers.

You can use the Find People search on the UT HSC homepage (http://www.uthscsa.edu) to look up your e-mail address or someone else's.

How do I read my e-mail from home?

Go to http://owa.uthscsa.edu.

I forgot my email password.

Go to http://pwr.uthscsa.edu to try resetting your password online. If that doesn't work, stop by the Briscoe Library Information Desk or the Ramirez Medical Library weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you are in San Antonio, you can also go to the Triage office in 411L during business hours. There is nothing we can do outside of those hours. For password assistance outside of San Antonio or Harlingen, please contact Triage at (210) 567-2069.
