Install Pharos Popups

Windows 2000/XP (for Mac OS X 10.3 and higher, click here)

Please note: When installing this software in the Library please use a wired network connection. Do not use a wireless connection.

In order to use the UTHSCSA Library's pay-for-printing service from your computer, you need to have the "Pharos Popups" installed.

If you installed any version of the Popups before June 26, 2006 then you must uninstall the previous version before installing the newest software.

Install Pharos Popups

Please note: When installing this software in the Library please use a wired network connection. Do not use a wireless connection.

Click here to print these instructions.

1. In Internet Explorer, download the Pharos Popups installation file, StudentLaptop_for_Lte.exe from http://libhs/Uniprint/StudentLaptop_for_Lte.exe. In other browsers (i.e. Firefox or Netscape) the basic steps are the same.
2. Click Run.
3. Click Run.
4. Click Install It will take several minutes for the installation to finish.
5. Click Finish.

Troubleshooting Installation:

If the new Pharos Popups do not successfully install the first time, re-run the installer, StudentLaptop_for_Lte.exe.

If you have any questions, please call the Library at 210-567-2400 or go to the Library Information Desk at the Briscoe Library.
