Generally, Library forms may be faxed to 210-567-1044, mailed to the Briscoe Library, e-mailed to AskALibrarian@uthscsa.edu or returned by hand to the Circulation Desks at the Briscoe Library or the Ramirez Medical Library - RAHC.  Please call the Information Desk at 210-567-2450 with questions.
